360 Degrees IT Recruitment will require candidates to either have their own Limited Company or be part of an Umbrella before they work with us.

A Contractor is deemed as an independent employee. They are not direct employees of 360 Degrees IT Recruitment or our Clients. Most contractors fall into:

Limited company

Directors of your own company and provide consultancy service as part of your company.

Or

Umbrella company

Utilising the services of a managed agency to invoice 360 Degrees IT Recruitment. They work out taxes and try to minimise cost and expense.

Online timesheet service

Our online timesheet service has been designed with your needs in mind, helping you manage your payments during your contract, and ensuring you're paid in full and on time.

How online timesheets benefit you

  • Your manager approves timesheets directly online.
  • Invoices are calculated directly from timesheet hours, removing the risk of discrepancies.
  • No need to keep a set of paper invoices; the online system keeps track of all invoices.
  • Electronic and instantaneous submission for payment removes the risk of delay.
  • You can check the status of your payments online, and produce reports of prior payments, including full timesheet and invoice detail.

Contractors also have the benefit of working on the paper version which can be downloaded from our website.

There may be other candidates you know or work with who would also be interested in securing their next assignment through 360 Degrees IT Recruitment. We have a colleague referral scheme which rewards those people who pass on our details to new candidates and contractors who register with us for the first time and we subsequently place; you may be thinking of some people you can refer right now!

If you refer a candidate to us who we then go on to place, we’ll reward you either by vouchers or cash payable to you. It’s your choice. We’ll do the same if you refer a requirement or new client to us where 360 Degrees IT Recruitment go on to place someone.
